Welcome to TeleMedX. By accessing or using our website (https://telemedx.ratovatedev.com) or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian to register an account and book appointments.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and appointment booking.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that takes place under your account.

2. Nature of Services

  • TeleMedX is a digital marketplace and appointment facilitation technology platform. We provide tools for users to discover healthcare services, select doctors, book slots at partner clinics, and consult via telemedicine where available.
  • TeleMedX itself is not a hospital, clinic, or direct medical practitioner. Medical consultations, diagnoses, and medical advice are provided solely by the independent healthcare practitioners and clinics listed.

3. Medical Advice & Emergencies

  • Content on TeleMedX (including specialty descriptions and health articles) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis.
  • NOT FOR EMERGENCIES: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency emergency number immediately. TeleMedX is not intended for acute emergency situations.

4. Appointment Booking, Fees & Payments

  • Consultation fees, clinic charges, and service pricing are determined by partner clinics and doctors, and are displayed prior to booking confirmation.
  • Payments can be made through available methods (Online Payment, Wallet balance, or Cash at the clinic, as applicable).
  • Patients are expected to arrive at the clinic or log into their teleconsultation session on time. Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the appointment slot.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, interface designs, content, graphics, and source code of TeleMedX belong exclusively to TeleMedX and its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeleMedX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from medical diagnoses, treatments, actions or omissions of third-party doctors or clinics.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform uptime, although we strive to ensure 99.9% availability.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of TeleMedX following posted revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
